He holds the prestigious Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Workers Compensation Professional (CWCP) designations—underscoring his commitment to professional excellence and continuing education.
Derek earned his degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He and his wife, Tracey, are proud parents of two children.
