LaVonda serves as Office Manager and Account Manager, leading the agency’s account management team with a dedicated focus on client satisfaction. Motivated by her passion for helping others, she earned her Insurance Producer’s license to better assist clients with their individual insurance needs.
Outside of work, LaVonda enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband have three children and four grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and outdoor activities.
