With a background in sales and a deep commitment to understanding client needs, he specializes in guiding individuals and businesses toward the right coverage solutions. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he ensures clear communication, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence. He holds Associate’s degrees from Dalton State and Georgia Northwestern Technical College.
Outside of work, Felix stays active by training in martial arts and expressing his creativity as a guitarist in his band. Driven, personable, and always ready with a good sense of humor, he believes success comes from hard work, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
