Kyle Stephens brings over 10 years of insurance industry expertise to The Southern Agency, specializing in comprehensive risk strategies for hard-to-insure industries. He delivers tailored insurance solutions to builders, manufacturers, and other specialized sectors.
For more than eight years, Kyle has supported businesses navigating Workers Compensation challenges, serving as a Board Member for the Tennessee Workers Compensation Appeals Board (NCCI). He also holds the Certified Builders Insurance Agent (CBIA) designation, equipping him to advise construction clients on risk management strategies from foundation to finish.
Kyle earned his degree from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, his world revolves around his wife, Lindsey, and their three children—Drew, Wyatt, and Rosie. You’ll often find them outdoors at soccer games, biking, or spending time at the pool.
