Shirley Smith began her insurance career in 2014 when she obtained her health insurance license to work with Medicare clients. She added her Property and Casualty license in 2015, focusing primarily on auto insurance, and later earned her Life insurance license after relocating to Tennessee in 2018.
Before joining The Southern Agency, Shirley gained broad experience as a benefits counselor, and has also worked in banking, hospitality, retail, and sales. This diverse background has shaped her strong client service skills and her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Originally from Massachusetts, Shirley moved to Tennessee in 2018 and now serves as a Personal Lines Account Manager at TSA. She is dedicated to helping clients protect what matters most through attentive and personalized service.
Outside of work, Shirley enjoys traveling, reading, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. She embraces every opportunity to make the most of life.
