The bond amount describes the limit of the bond obligation, not the price. A listed amount does not establish what the requesting party requires. The premium is what you pay and must be confirmed for the actual option. An E&O limit, where listed, is separate errors and omissions insurance.

Questions about this bond
When does my bond term begin?
The bond begins on the commission's issue date and ends on its expiration date. Match both dates when reviewing the provider's documents.
What happens if paid claims exhaust my bond?
Section 486.615 requires suspension until you obtain a new bond and your fitness to serve the remainder of the term is determined. The trigger is exhaustion of the bond, not simply any claim payment.
Who must I file my bond with?
Present the bond to the county clerk of the county in which you have been commissioned. Follow the clerk's oath and subsequent filing instructions.
