What this bond does

The current company-licensing page links the automobile-club proof-of-bond form for the certificate application. It binds to the Commerce and Insurance Commissioner and successors for the State's benefit in satisfying the club or association's member obligations.

Who needs it
The entity applying for authorization to operate the automobile club or association. The principal is the club, not an individual driver purchasing roadside assistance or a motor-vehicle dealer seeking dealer security.
Who it protects
The printed condition addresses the stated law/rules and evidence satisfactory to the Commissioner that member obligations are satisfied on dissolution or discontinuance of services. The surety document does not itself supply vehicle insurance, membership benefits or permission to begin club operations.

Your bond option

This is the option on record for this bond.

The bond amount describes the limit of the bond obligation, not the price. A listed amount does not establish what the requesting party requires. The premium is what you pay and must be confirmed for the actual option. An E&O limit, where listed, is separate errors and omissions insurance.

Keep member obligations addressed when services end

Use the current company-licensing form and actual club identity. For a partnership, the form asks for each member's identity/address and the required partnership signatures. Check the $20,000 sum and Commissioner recipient against the actual application.

The posted undertaking is continuous. Its termination procedure requires 90 days' registered-mail notice to the Commissioner and preserves liability through the effective termination date. Closing the club or discontinuing a service does not itself establish that all member obligations have been satisfied.

Purchase Now opens Propeller. Match the club role, principal, current form, sum and effective date before applying. Complete the State certificate process separately; provider issuance is not the Commissioner's approval.

Questions about this bond

Who applies—the club or the member?

This is the club or association's certificate-supporting security. An individual member's roadside-assistance purchase is not the business's bond application.

Does the 90-day notice create a three-month term?

No. It is the printed termination procedure for a continuous undertaking. It is not a duration selected by this catalog option.

Does shutting down end the obligation immediately?

The actual form requires the stated evidence that member obligations are satisfied and describes how liability is terminated. Do not assume dissolution or stopping a service automatically releases the security.
