Identify the operator and the working contractor

The selected rules define ROW applicants to include those constructing, operating, using or maintaining a facility. A contractor applying for another entity must establish its authority or obtain the required authorized signature. State the facility, road limits and maintenance activities the request actually covers.

The current selected schedule requires utility-company crews and utility subcontractors to apply for yearly blanket permits. It expressly says subcontractors cannot operate under the utility company's blanket permit. Have the Commission identify each permit needed; one company's security on file is not permission for every other contractor.

Match ongoing work and release to the instrument

The Commission's selected Bond for Work in the Rights-of-Way names the Board of County Road Commissioners of Bay County and refers to specified permit obligations, with an assigned penal sum. Confirm the actual form and permits covered by the operation/maintenance request rather than assuming a blanket covers unlimited activities or fresh limits each year.

Purchase Now opens Propeller. The option displays no fixed amount or term. Give the issuer the Commission's form, operator/principal, Board recipient, assigned sum, coverage and dates. Arrange execution and accepted filing, and obtain the actual Oxcart permit or permits before work.

The general form separately guarantees construction/restoration defects for one calendar year after Commission acceptance and provides for Commission termination notices and notice concerning future acts. That guarantee is not a supplied annual operation-and-maintenance term. Have the Commission and issuer confirm continuation, any expiry entry and release for the ongoing facility work.
