Arkansas — Pest Control Operator Bond

Arkansas distinguishes the pest-control business, its supervising Licensed Operator and registered Agents. Match The Southern Agency’s operator-bond listing to the Department’s actual classification and named principal before applying. The current programme page explains those roles but does not reproduce this instrument’s terms.

What this bond does

Commercial licensing, non-commercial certification and supervised-agent registration are different paths. This existing listing is not automatic security for every pesticide activity or every person working for a pest business.

Who needs it
A commercial pest-control business or operator checking which legal principal and treatment classification the actual request identifies. Do not choose the principal from the word “operator” alone.
Who it protects
The particular accepted financial condition, recipient, protected parties and claim terms remain unverified for this unlabeled option. A programme document-upload link does not establish a consumer remedy or the instrument’s sum.

Your bond option

This is the option on record for this bond.

The bond amount describes the limit of the bond obligation, not the price. A listed amount does not establish what the requesting party requires. The premium is what you pay and must be confirmed for the actual option. An E&O limit, where listed, is separate errors and omissions insurance.

Identify the business, supervisor and classification

The current Department programme describes a License Holder as the business, a Licensed Operator as the certified individual supervising work and an Agent as a trained employee working under supervision. A Non-Commercial Certificate concerns an employee working only for the employer, not services for hire.

Identify the actual treatment classification: building/structural work differs from ornamental/tree/turf work. The programme has separate commercial and non-commercial categories and describes July–June licensing/certification with annual renewal before July 1.

Resolve the class-specific instrument before purchase

Obtain the current Department written request and accepted form for the named principal, classification, recipient, covered condition/parties, sum, and actual dates. The licence calendar does not establish those contract terms. The programme provides an upload route for licensing documents, but its existence is not the underlying surety instrument.

Do not apply from the title alone. If the applicable request and accepted instrument are confirmed, Purchase Now opens Propeller in a new tab. Match the document before completing the application, then follow the Department’s current delivery instructions. This option supplies no amount or term label, and purchase does not issue the business/operator credential.

Sources

Have these ready

  1. Business versus supervising operator identity and exact treatment classification.
  2. Current commercial-licensing request, not a non-commercial certificate or Agent registration by assumption.
  3. Class-specific accepted instrument, recipient, protected condition/parties and sum.
  4. Actual accepted dates/execution, separate from the July–June licence calendar.

Questions about this bond

Are the business and Licensed Operator the same role?

Not in the Department’s role descriptions. The License Holder is the business; the Licensed Operator is the certified supervisor. Follow the actual request’s named principal rather than substituting one for the other.

Can a non-commercial certificate be treated as the for-hire business licence?

No. The programme describes that certificate for an employee working only for the employer. It separately identifies commercial licensing for paid services and supervised-agent registration.

Does annual July–June renewal establish this bond’s term?

No. That is the programme’s credential calendar. The accepted instrument and actual request still need to establish the period; this public option provides no term label.
