Engineering currently links its June 2020 manual and street application. The application distinguishes the applicant/contractor, street/sidewalk/other opening areas, proposed dimensions and dates, road-closure conditions and surety details.

The manual's bond section assigns form/amount based on restoration/repair costs and permits Commissioner-accepted annual blanket security instead of individual permit bonds. Its Addendum A lists a $10,000 Street Permit Bond in the City's name. Obtain Engineering's actual sum, single/blanket coverage and accepted form rather than assuming the annual arrangement ends all repair duties.

Confirm the guarantee start and legal acceptance

Purchase Now opens Propeller; the option displays no fixed amount or term. Match the City-assigned recipient/principal, sum, covered permits/work and dates with the issuer. Arrange accepted execution/filing and City Solicitor approval of security/insurance with the completed permit requirements.

Obtain signed issued permission, approved traffic/closure conditions and the actual work window. For excavation, follow the Dig Safe and twenty-four-hour Engineering notice requirements; the application also tracks temporary and final inspection. Document delivery or a blanket bond does not authorize an unapproved closure.

The manual's bond section uses a three-year guarantee after permanent-patch placement, while the application states thirty-six months from final inspection. Ask Engineering to specify the controlling start, required acceptance and release for your work before relying on a date. This unresolved clock difference is not replaced by an invented annual term or automatic discharge.
