Its security condition allows cash, irrevocable LOC or bond in a form and amount acceptable to the Commission when issued; have the Commission identify the actual principal and instrument.

Do not use the $10,000 transportation form for facility construction because its sum is lower or its title looks similar. The selected $25,000 construction form names construction/maintenance of facilities, while the other names overweight/oversize moves. The index directs transportation permits to Oxcart, not every ROW application.

Match expiry, continuation and actual permit approval

The selected bond forms leave expiry to be completed and allow surety-signed continuation certificates. Their 30-day written surety-cancellation provision is not a promise that completion, a permit end date or applicant notice erases existing liability. Obtain the required dates and accepted continuation/release instructions.

The current application requires separate insurance, 48-hour start notice and completion notice. Additional work requires an amended or additional permit; retain acceptance and security closeout records.
