Your corporate account may still expect accommodation while a damaged unit is being restored. Property and income terms need consideration alongside the commitments in your employer contracts, not as a guarantee of replacement lodging.
List each unit, your furnishings and maintenance duties, and the accommodation commitments made to employer accounts.

Your corporate lodging business places travelers in furnished units for weeks or months. You may own the contents but lease the apartment, making a fire loss different from damage to a building you own.
The Southern Agency can review your locations and maintenance duties to help you select appropriate insurance. We can discuss coverage for your furnished property alongside your employer contracts and business income.

These hypothetical examples are not agency claim results. Whether a loss is covered depends on the facts, policy terms, and applicable exclusions.
Suppose a traveler alleges that an unrepaired condition caused a fall inside a unit. Compare the operator's actual maintenance duties with the owner's responsibilities and the liability grant. Leasing the unit does not settle fault or establish that the owner's policy includes the lodging operator.
Suppose a fire destroys your furnishings and closes a leased unit during a corporate stay. Covered contents and purchased income terms may address eligible losses at that location. The owner's building, your furniture, alternative accommodation and contractual penalties require separate interest and benefit review.
Suppose an account compromise exposes occupant and employer billing records. Cyber terms may address a covered data event and eligible response or privacy claims. Identify which entity holds the records and controls the account; diverted payments and contractual penalties are not automatically part of data recovery.
